Audit Local Government

We shine the light on Baldwin County, Alabama. We dug into why there are properties with junk cars & trucks & RV's in Baldwin County. No one seems to know who is responsible to get them cleaned up. That's why. Code Enforcement for the Building Department only deals with structures. We called many departments and nobody knew whose job it is/was. So much for government accountability. Watch for pictures on this. No one in Baldwin County Government was helpful. Several acted like, "What do I expect? It's Alabama! So, as far as I know there is NO Department charged with getting properties cleaned up by owners in Baldwin County.

We researched their Citizen Serve publicly funded online Portal and found that it was lacking data as we have seen across the country inside other counties who use Citizen Serve. When we asked where the data is, the reply was data was not made public. What is Baldwin County Alabama Government hiding? We asked them today (4-25-2025) for the procedure to getting Citizen Serve data opened up. Let's see how long that takes. We put a clock on it.
We found out how much the citizens of Baldwin County paid for using the Citizen Serve software the government uses. Its huge. $104,424.66 and it's only April.
All this publicly funded money and they don't even provide access to the public like other Counties who use the software provide. WOW. We are working on this.
We urge Baldwin County citizens to click on this link and join the Citizen Serve Portal.

Also, it's quite obvious from many of their staff's reactions that they are perplexed when members of the public ask them questions. Common questions. Why? They are public employees who serve the public. They are paid to serve the public. The Baldwin County staff members only seem answer one question in an email with five. So much for serving the public. Do not worry, we're watching, and we are used to it. Click here for a report.

We started posting the trashy yards in Baldwin County, AL. Citizens have to pass by this trash and see it each and every day, but Baldwin County Alabama government workers cannot see it or even have a department who is charged to remediate it. Return to see additional pictures below. Help us expose the lousy job that your government officials are doing. Send us your pictures in Baldwin County Alabama. Please identify as much of the picture as you can.
Thank you for helping make things better.

We did a public records request, and it was processed Super-Fast. Baldwin County Commision AL gets high marks for that. Nice going.

We uploaded a example picture of Baldwin Sanitation Fail. See the large couch that has been out at the street for two months now. I even called at about a month ago and alerted them. Very slow to respond. Lame

We shined the light on Putnam County, Florida. We monitored the government officials for accountability for results.

It was an education no doubt. Clearly Putnam County Florida is not used to someone who asks questions. Like most government agencies, we gave them headaches. We focused on the trash everywhere. As usual, the officials did not like the questions. No one seemed to know what department was charged with the cleanup. All the money in salaries and no one could figure a simple task out. We tried Sanitation and it took days of calling and emailing in their bureaucracy. That's why there is trash everywhere. People stop trying.
